Translation Process

1. Customer submits documents requiring translation to us for estimate: Submission can be done via e-mail to services@expert-translation.com, or Hightail - Login , Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
   Our estimates are always free of charge and without any obligations.
2. Translation-expert examines documents and issues a detailed report.
3. ETB provides customer with a comprehensive estimate for review, approval and authorization.
4. Customer approves and authorizes services Translator receives our work-order.
5. Initial translation process performed. In cases of stop-orders on translations-in progress, customer will be responsible for charges pertaining to the work already performed prior to stoppage order.
6. Proofreader/editor reviews and edits translated text, checks it for accuracy, appropriate writing style, technical terminology.
7. Before delivery of completed work, a notary public certifies the signature of the professional linguist who has performed the translation.
8. Customer receives completed work along with our invoice for rendered services.
