Quality Assurance Program

     The following steps are taken to ensure that our interpreters are highly qualified and meet the highest professional standards:

Initial Screening

     Through an initial screening, we gather preliminary information about minimum requirements including education, legal status, English fluency, information about a candidate's experience and area of expertise.

Verification of Translator/Interpreter Certification

     Many of our translators and interpreters are certified through various professional and government organizations. We require candidates to document their level of certification.

Categorization

     Professional linguists are categorized based on the languages, experience and fields of expertise. Only the top 10 to 20 percent being recruited.

Contractual Relationship

     Our interpreters and translators are contractually bound and obligated to maintain the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality.
